It was great overall; very rich Nad tasty breakfast clean and big room just in front of the bus station taking directly to the Eiffel Tower also just 1 minute away from the metro nice restaurants nearby

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in Paris now, but happily stumbled upon this gem when trying to find the balance between cheap and cheerful! To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised - this hotel is way better than some of the more expensive places I've stayed. Paris is notorious for the small rooms you find in hotels but the room we had here was huge - with balcony windows overlooking the street and a large bathroom (I think it was room 21, can't quite remember the number!). The room itself was spacious, modern, very clean, a real home from home. It's literally on top of the Metro station at Porte de Saint Cloud, on Line 9. From Gare du Nord it's about a 30 min journey, take Line 4 to Strasbourg Saint-Denis and change to Line 9. On arrival it feels like quite a long journey with lots of stops, but if you don't mind this it's fine - and Porte de Saint Cloud is a lovely neighbourhood which doesn't feel 'touristy', even though it's very close to the main attractions. There's a really good shop and boulangerie next door to the hotel. The one criticism I have is of the cleaning - we sadly spilt something on the duvet on the second night of our stay and left an apologetic note to the cleaner. We expected the bedding would be changed but were disappointed to find it had been simply flipped over to hide the stain when we got back to the room. Overall, 9/10 - will be certainly looking to book here first, the next time we visit Paris.

Our recent one week stay at the hotel was awesome and unforgetable. I will definitely stay at this hotel if i travel to Paris again. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Metro station is only 10mins walk from the hotel. Bus stop is about 15mins walk from the hotel and direct transport to Eiffel and Lourve museum. There are street markets on some days. Several nice restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and resourceful. Special mentioned to Lotfi and Eva. They really make our stay a memorable one. Both speak good English.

Altough it is a bit further than the center, the Metro station is a few steps away. Surrounded by very good restaurants. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Elevator is always a plus in europe. Skip the hotel breakfast so I can't comment about it.

Wheelchair accessible room has roll-in shower

We stayed in an accessible room with a roll-in shower (see photos). The doorways were wide enough for my wheelchair. It was difficult not to get water all over the bathroom floor due to the set up of the shower. (There was a bit of a musty smell in the room, probably because other people had this issue as well and the carpet got wet.) There was a small elevator to get to floor 1 (what in the US would be floor 2). The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. We found the mattress to be uncomfortable, but otherwise the room was okay. It could have been cleaner. I brought Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathroom. We were able to remove items from the mini bar in order to use it as a refrigerator. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by as well as bus stops and a metro stop. There is a great market right outside the hotel on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
